Kameelah
Kameelah received a bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma and a Master of Business Administration from Webster University. As the founder & owner of WOW Fitness, Kameelah has several Personal Training Certifications: National Council of Certified Personal Trainers (NCCPT, 2009), National Exercise Trainers Association (NETA, 2012), and National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM, 2015).
Kameelah has a special passion for physical fitness and recognized the need for additional fitness education in the community. Never into sports or fitness, Kameelah started her fitness career when she hired a personal trainer. Eventually she decided to obtain a personal training certification while working for a Global Fortune 500 Company. Ultimately, Kameelah choose to follow her passion for fitness and declared it’s a “War On Weight!” and launched WOW FITNESS and later organized WOW Foundation, a 501c3 entity to focus on health & fitness in the community.
Kameelah believes in functional strength training with heavy emphasis on form, execution and core stability. Add this to innovative cardio and lifestyle diet changes and you have a solid foundation for optimal fitness and health.
Ursula
Ursula is originally from Greenville, Mississippi and is a graduate of Alabama A&M University with a degree in Marketing. She moved to Little Rock, Arkansas in 2014 and joined WOW Fitness in 2017. Ursula is known as the “cheerleader” because of her encouraging nature and can-do attitude. Her fitness motto is “Make good decisions and if you are consistent you will achieve the success you desire.”
Chanda “Leggs”
Chanda is Social Worker Supervisor with Children and Family Services – working with abuse and neglected children. She has a Social Work Degree and is considering Law School. She enjoys life, loves to travel and spend time with family especially while on vacation. She is a member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority.
Chanda’s journey at WOW started in June of 2011 where she simply wanted to improve her endurance, shed a few pounds and tone. She loves dancing and loves music…and realized she wanted to inspire others to feel the music and dance off the pounds. Her sessions are fused with a variety of squats, jumping jacks and more!
Catina was born and raised in Little Rock, Arkansas. She's always been very active in sports and dance, and had managed to stay fit most of her life, but a series of surgeries left her depressed, battling high blood pressure, and overweight. After an eye-opening doctor’s appointment she decided to change her lifestyle and lost 55lbs! Her shinning spirit and dedication, inspires women and men of all races to empower themselves for positive change in mind, body, and spirit. Catina believes that a slow and steady lifestyle change is the key to optimum health, and with God all things are possible.

Shayla
Shayla was born and raised in Stuttgart, AR. She received a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Accountancy from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. Professionally she is a Certified Public Accountant. She is owner of Shayla R. Lowe, CPA which specializes in personal and small business taxes, audits, proprietary school accreditation and financial aid consulting. She’s also the owner of Level Up Balloons and More, LLC which specializes in balloon décor for any occasion. In her downtime she enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
Shayla developed a love of all things fitness during her junior year at the University of Arkansas. After graduation, she moved to Dallas where she started running to lose weight as well as boot camps, step aerobics, spin, Barre, Zumba, Pilates and Yoga.
Shayla joined WOW Fitness after moving back to Little Rock June 2017. In August 2018, Shayla “accidentally” starting teaching yoga when everyone in class started watching her during a pop up yoga session.
